PRELUVD COPYRIGHT & CONTENT POLICY

Preluvd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of our platform (including preluvd.co.zw and the Preluvd mobile applications, collectively the “Platform”) to do the same.

This Copyright & Content Policy outlines how we handle intellectual property, user-generated content, and claims of infringement.

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

1.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform—excluding user-generated content—is owned by Preluvd or its licensors. This includes:

  • Logos, branding, and design

  • Website and app interface

  • Text, graphics, and software

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written permission.

1.2 User-Generated Content

Users may upload content including:

  • Product images

  • Descriptions

  • Reviews

  • Profile information

You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting on Preluvd, you grant us a:

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

  • Royalty-free

  • Transferable license

to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By posting content on Preluvd, you agree that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

  • Your listings are accurate and not misleading

You must not upload:

  • Copyrighted images or text without authorization

  • Content copied from other websites or sellers without permission

  • Counterfeit branding or trademarked materials used unlawfully

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Infringing copyrighted works

  • Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos

  • Pirated or illegally distributed materials

  • Content that misrepresents the origin or authenticity of goods

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy.

4. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Preluvd, you may submit a notice including:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • A description of the copyrighted work

  • The exact URL or location of the infringing content

  • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized

  • A statement that the information provided is accurate

  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

5. CONTENT REMOVAL PROCESS

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the content

  • Notify the user who posted the content

  • Request additional information if needed

We reserve the right to act at our sole discretion.

6. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your contact information

  • Identification of the removed content

  • A statement under good faith belief that removal was a mistake

  • Your consent to jurisdiction of Zimbabwe courts

We may restore the content if appropriate.

7. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT

Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may:

  • Have their listings removed

  • Have their accounts suspended or terminated

8. TRADEMARKS

“Preluvd” and associated branding may not be used without permission.

Users may not:

  • Use Preluvd branding in a misleading way

  • Impersonate the Platform or affiliated entities

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Preluvd is not responsible for:

  • User-uploaded content

  • The accuracy or legality of listings

However, we will take reasonable steps to address valid complaints.

10. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Copyright & Content Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting.
